I like to watch the show! The one I like to watch is about Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. I think you should do a show here about American Legion Post 3 Travelers. AA season runs between June 1, to the first week of August. The team has lot of history from baseball to the Post 3 Hall. |

Folks, I didn't realize that so many state parks existed in the U.P., but I have some history to tell you about the Big Springs. In your show this week, you folks stated that the springs never froze over. My wife and I spent our honeymoon (12-11-71), at the Hornets’ Nest Resort on Indian Lake. We went to the springs and found that it was totally froze over. There was only about 2 inches of ice and we were able to find a small log to break the ice, and move the OLD RAFT to the middle of the springs. Nice trip, but COLD and SNOWY. We're going to be up there in August at Gerometta’s Resort, on the west side of Indian Lake. Very nice Place. I've been going up there since 1964. Good fishing. |
